Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 4 years of experience for a full-time job, located in Manchester, New Hampshire. This is an excellent contract to hire role that will require you to be working on site.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and employees as they enter office, main point of contact for guests, answering phone calls and emails as needed
Monitor conference room, schedules, arranging meetings and coordinating with supervisors as needed
Work closely with other departments such as IT or finance, with administrative support
Manage office inventory, and supplies, purchasing and ordering materials as needed Qualifications:
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint skills is a plus Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate receptionist role Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time, Contract to Hire
Compensation: $15-16/hr
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
