The Field Production Manager position is one of the most important management positions within our firm. This position works directly with the Operations Manager to facilitate the coordination and management of the day to day operational needs of field crews & subcontractors. The Field Production Manager is considered a Subject Matter Expert in field production and deals directly with crew management & training, equipment operation oversight, project quality control & completion, service & team member development. The Field Production Manager is expected to lead from the front being out on job sites, attending pre-construction meetings, interfacing with client field representatives, directly completing tasks as necessary, and developing field crews into finely tuned cooperative units.

The Field Production Manager will have direct authority on field personel hiring & termination, and their success will not be measured by production values alone, but instead by a comprehensive approach to team building that involves recruitment, retention, skills development, team member fulfillment & growth as well as production performance.

As the Field Production Manager, you will lead our field crews in the completion of restoration projects in a safe, efficient and professional manner while maintaining an exceptional standard of quality and value for our customers. This position is responsible for creating a sense of purpose and pride in field members and developing the company culture through daily actions.

Natural Resource Restoration & Stewardship Practices

Stormwater Facility Management

Invasive Species & Vegetation Management

Native Plant Installation & Maintenance

Tree & Forestry Management

Requirements:

Ability to complete and pass background check & drug test

Ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of standard industry practices & techniques

Extensive industry experience

At least 5 years of industry specific experience

Current certification OR ability to obtain industry licenses including: Pesticide Applicators License, Licensed Tree Expert, Erosion & Sediment Control, Traffic Control, Etc.

Ability to work independently in all weather conditions

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Competent computer skills
