We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Professional.

We need your attention to detail and daily focus to manage the processing of vendor invoices for the HOAs and Condominiums we serve. We utilize AvidXchange/StrongRoom for invoice management through the Buildium Residential Service portal.

We want someone who stands behind the words they speak and has the experience to commit to this work. If you have AvidXchange and/or Buildium experience - great! If you have the AP experience and the desire to continue in this role, the Avid and Buildium training will be easy for you.

We need your determination and ability to learn on the job and grasp the nuances of the job to improve your skills and your value to our family-owned and operated company.
