Healing through the Heart Center

Exciting opportunity to be part of a new group practice in Colts Neck, NJ focusing on evidence-based therapy to help clients get the relief and results they are looking for quickly. We work to make long-lasting profound changes in our clients' lives by fostering a compassionate environment. It is important you enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment.

We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Psychotherapists to provide individual therapy.

As a member of our team

We offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $50 to $70 per client, depending on your level of experience.

Newly provisionally licensed therapist (LSW, LAC) starting at $50

Provisionally licensed therapist (LSW, LAC) with 1-3 years of experience at $60

Fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC) ) at $70

There will be opportunities for advancement and raises after just 3 and 6 months.

Receive supervision from the highly skilled and trained Jill Portaro, LCSW. Jill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across various modalities, ensuring that you're continuously learning and growing in your practice.

We're invested in your professional development. That's why we're offering a $500 stipend towards EMDR training, allowing you to expand your skill set and better serve our clients.

Shifts

Mornings 9am-2pm, Evenings 2pm-8pm, Weekdays and Weekends

Requiring 3 shifts, one night, one day, one additional

This position is primarily in-person and has limited virtual options.

Qualifications

Candidate must have a Master's Degree

The ideal candidate has their Clinical License

EMDR or Trauma Informed training preferred
