MEDICAL ASSISTANT WITH REFERRAL EXPERIENCE

Job Description

We are seeking a MEDICAL ASSISTANT WITH REFERRRAL EXPERIENCE to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Competency in front desk, eligibility and check out procedures.

Place patients in exam rooms, obtain history and vital signs, and document in the medical records.

Assist in the examination and procedures for patients with provider.

Provide treatments as ordered such as immunizations, and injections, etc.

Referral submissions to all carriers

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields

Familiarity with CPT procedure codes

Strong organizational skills
