Caffè Nero -The Italian Coffee Company, is returning to growth in the New England area.

The critical role you will play: build and retain a great team which embodies Caffè Nero's brand and culture by providing excellent customer service and the best standards of hand-crafted coffee and fresh food at all times.

Required Store Manager Skills and Experience:

1 - 3 years prior Store Manager experience.

Exceptional recruitment and retention skills.

Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards.

Supporting your team to achieve their career ambitions.

Achievement of planned business and financial targets.

Proficiency using various computer systems.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Ability to move or handle merchandise that gets delivered or needs to be moved throughout the store generally weighing 0-70 pounds

Store Manager Responsibilities

Delivers in all aspects of the Caffe Nero Brand - Four (4) Most Important Things: 1) Build and retain a great team, 2) Offer friendly service and excellent speed of service and queue management, 3) Provide 1st class standards, 4) Manage the business.

Acts as a team player, leader, and role model barista.

Collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates skills to provide the best customer experience.

Builds and maintains effective relationships with customers, team members, area manager, and Head Office.

Always performs standard operating procedures; Service Style, Steps of Service, Barista Priorities, Communication.

Demonstrates dependability and reliability by arriving promptly for all shifts.

Communicates effectively with team members and customers during operating business.

Follows all Caffè Nero Financial Policies & Procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

Performs any additional store tasks, as needed.

Has fun on all shifts, leads, and executes legendary team events.
