Accounting Assistant

Job Description

Atwater Brewery, home of the Dirty Blonde ©, is currently seeking a full-time accounting assistant for our Detroit location.

Responsibilities include:

· Maintain company ledgers

· Issuing and reconciling invoices

· Maintain financial records

· Research discrepancies

· Auditing

Requirements:

· Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable

· 3-5 years experience with Quickbooks

· Associate’s Degree in Accounting or similar. Bachelor’s preferred.

· Positive attitude

· A passion for beer

Atwater was founded in the Rivertown neighborhood when its streets were pocked with potholes and lined with abandoned warehouses and the only people around were the ones high on their dreams or down on their luck. We helped build this place up.
