Accounts Payable and Receivable

Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Enter all Accounts Payable invoices

Keep all vendor records up to date

Make sure W-9's are received and input for each new vendor

Receive all customer payments into QuickBooks

Pay for parts with credit card, as needed

Perform data entry and administrative duties

Filing A/P and A/R records

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong organizational skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

3+ years experience with QuickBooks
