Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. They will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Knowledge of jewelry trends and designs

Proficiency in MS Office and Tally Prime

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
