We're looking for an Administrative Manager who is proactive and pays attention to details to help keep our office running smoothly. In this role, you'll be in charge of overseeing different tasks to make sure everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities:
Friendly and competent contact person for customers, visitors, and employees
Occupation of the reception desk with telephone exchange and post-processing
Coordination and organization of office-based staff motivational schemes
Administrative support to Management in license compliance, registering the orders, and Sales Operations processes
General administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, creation of access cards, and ordering of consumables, maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
Coordination of appointments and travel/travel expenses
Assist the Finance Department with payment follow-ups, invoice verifications
Coordination with local payroll provider on Company Tax filing, audits, and other statutory checks
Coordination with the bank on processing payments
Provide new staff inductions to the office in coordination with the HR team
Coordinate and oversee the entire shipment process, from order confirmation to delivery
Work closely with logistics partners and courier services to arrange timely and cost-effective shipments
Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products for shipment
Track and monitor shipments to provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
Address and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce Degree required, or a combination of equivalent education and/or experience
Relevant professional experience of at least 3 years
High proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively through various forums including email and telephone
Flexible, careful and independent working style as well as a confident appearance
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
