Position Title: Manager- Training and Development

JOB PURPOSE:
As Manager of Training and Development at Aurolab, It will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our workforce through the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and facilitate impactful training sessions. Your efforts will contribute to the continuous improvement of employee capabilities and the achievement of organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design
Designing and developing training programs aligned with Aurolab's strategic objectives, ensuring that they address identified skill gaps and support employee development.
Curriculum Development
Creating engaging and relevant training curricula and content for various topics, including technical skills, soft skills, compliance training, and leadership development.
Instructional Design
Applying instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences, utilizing a blend of learning methodologies and technologies to maximize learning retention and application.
Facilitation Skills
Facilitating training sessions with skill and confidence, creating an inclusive and participative learning environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Learning Technologies
Leveraging learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programs efficiently, ensuring accessibility and scalability of learning initiatives. events, and employer branding content.
Needs Assessment Reporting
Conducting thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements and performance gaps, utilizing data-driven insights to inform the design and delivery of training interventions..
Performance Evaluation
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods, measuring learning outcomes and impact on job performance to drive continuous improvement.
Project Management
Managing training projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Performance Management Systems
Experience in Coordinating with performance assessment for staff and operators
Communication Skills
Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, conveying training content clearly and engagingly, and soliciting feedback to enhance the training experience.
Continuous Improvement
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development, seeking opportunities for innovation and enhancement to optimize the impact of training initiatives.
Position Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: MBA/MSW Human Resource Management
Experience: 7-12 Years’ experience in Manufacturing industries
