Experience in handling overseas taxation matters will be a distinct advantage.

Navigate and address tax implications in overseas geographies, coordinating with global tax teams and consultants.

Oversee compliance activities related to Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Indirect Tax (IDT).

Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required tax documents.

Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, both in India and globally.

Implement best practices to optimize tax strategies for the organization.

Capable of leading and managing a team of 1-2 professionals, providing guidance and support.

Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment.

Engage effectively with consultants, in-house teams, and external stakeholders.
