Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

• Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.

2. Financial Management:

• Oversee financial performance and ensure the company achieves its financial targets and goals.

• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the executive team and finance department.

• Implement cost management strategies to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.

3. Operational Excellence:

• Provide leadership to ensure operational excellence across all functions of the organization.

• Implement best practices and processes to optimize manufacturing operations and enhance productivity.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

4. Talent Development:

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Provide mentoring and leadership development opportunities to employees.

5. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's reputation, financial performance, or operations.

• Implement effective risk management strategies and compliance procedures.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
