Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant located in Kolkata. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations.

Qualifications

Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills

Experience in providing excellent customer service

Ability to handle reservations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of travel industry products and services

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in travel reservation software

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Experience in the travel industry is a plus
