Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at ARORAA REAL ESTATE located in Noida. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring new talent, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. You will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters, contribute to the development of HR strategies, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role

Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment laws

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build relationships and establish trust with employees and stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficient in HRIS and other HR software

Knowledge of performance management systems and techniques

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
