The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading their sales division, managing the profit and loss, and crafting innovative sales strategies to drive business growth. This pivotal role requires a strong business leader with a proven track record in sales, who is adept at building and nurturing client relationships, and can effectively negotiate and close deals. The position involves significant travel to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. Company Profile – For IFCCI’s client – An Indian company providing event management services to marquee brands.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Heading the Business Development.

• Experience in MICE/Events Management minimum 7 - 9 years and above.

• Should have good communication skills / computer knowledge (Excel / PPT etc)

• Should have good knowledge of how MICE industry works.

• Able to meet the targets and maximize profits.

• Responsible for managing the P&L

• Candidate needs to be a team player and work with the internal team (Operations / Contracting etc)

• Should be open to travel

• Experience in Event Management or Hospitality industry is a must have.
