Job Description - ALM Engineer (5-8 Years) & ALM Project Manager (8+ Years)

Location - Hyderabad

Application Lifecycle management

The Supplier shall provide the first level user support activity, application management, drafting of procedures and technical manuals, projects configuration of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems of GADP SWX.

The applications involved in the ALM will be specified at the engagement level. Main activities and services to be provided:

advanced setup and users full support at global level.

process definition and improvement of existing processes.

customization reusing existing processes.

and update of existing tool.

management and incidents investigation.

Training.
