Grow Your Staff is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist for a marketing company based out in the US.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the client based out in the US.

Experience required: 2-3 years

CTC: 6-8 LPA

Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Employment type: Part-time

Responsibilities

Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

Research and maintain lead generation database

Foster and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and success

Devise and implement growth strategies, focusing on both short-term gains and long-term objectives

Conduct thorough market research to inform growth strategies and identify potential challenges

Send emails/sms prospects to book meetings

Ensure adequately qualified leads are delivered to respective account owners

Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Experience with international cold calling

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related area

Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn as a platform

Excellent presentation skills

Strong networking and negotiation skills

Strategic mindset with an analytical approach
