Social Media Moderator Internship - 6 months

Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands.

Founded in.

2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in the UK, Germany and the USA.

As we continue to grow, Typology is looking for a Social Media Moderator intern to help ensure the high-quality of our customer service.

The 6-month internship could start in July 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Comments Moderation : Reviewing comments to ensure their appropriateness before permitting them to be published on the site

Comments Responses : Addressing user comments and inquiries regarding topics pertinent to the website

Community Engagement : Participating in online discussions with customers or potential customers across various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok

Customer Care : Providing support for Customer Care when required

Projects : Collaborating on projects with diverse teams to devise strategies for user engagement

SPECIFIC SKILLS

Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities

Strong interest in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty

Excellent copywriting skills in French and English

A first experience in social media moderation is a plus

Genuine customers relations skills
