Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team at Neo Group. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, targeting our potential HNI clients, as well as for reaching out to potential investment bankers for onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing, coupled with strong marketing skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention. He/she will also have an understanding of the BFSI industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Plans: Create and execute innovative marketing plans to attract investment bankers for recruitment and onboarding, as well as to engage existing and potential HNI clients.

Content Ideation and Creation: Produce compelling content ideas including whitepapers, case studies, articles, and presentations tailored to the interests and needs of partner bankers and HNI clients.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising if relevant, to effectively reach target audiences.

Events Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster relationships with relevant stakeholders

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product Development to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the financial services industry

Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly targeting investment bankers and high net worth individuals.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, Automation platforms, AI and social media management tools.

Basic Visual design skills, and handson experience on tools like Canva and AI design tools
