As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. Responsibilities:

Experience of handling International destinations such as Europe, Australia, New-Zealand, Africa, Asian and far east countries.

Assist clients in planning and designing custom travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences, booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering personalized travel solutions.

Research destinations and recommend activities based on clients' preferences and budget.

Book travel services through various reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance throughout clients' travel journeys.

Build strong relationships with clients and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and destinations to provide informed advice.

Collaborate with team members and travel suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in travel consultancy or customer service is preferred.

Strong knowledge of travel industry practices and reservation systems.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.

Proficiency in computer systems and travel-related software.
