Sustainability Analyst

Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with senior leadership, develop appropriate goals, metrics and process for measuring the Company’s performance with respect to Sustainability including safety, health, environmental, community engagement and government relations objectives.

Collect and analyze company-wide data on sustainability initiatives and programs and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to provide senior management with relevant analysis and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting.

Benchmark the Company’s performance against its peers and identify and recommend improvement.

Participate in the development of a sustainability communication strategy.

Provides technical and management support to collect data from various stakeholders and maintain for the assessment.

Develop regular updates, presentations and reports for senior management.

Professional Experience

Track record of success and achievement demonstrated in sustainability, environmental, corporate social responsibility, community relations or a related field.

Significant experience in the Chemical sector.

Education

§ Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Safety, Chemical along with related experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Sound understanding of environmental, economic, social and governance issues.

Strong research skills and ability to analyze and interpret data to create reports

Demonstrates learning agility, strong thinking and analytical skills.

Superior interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to work independently and in a team environment with people at all levels, both internally and externally

Exceptional decision making skills, demonstrating a strategic and objective approach to challenges and opportunities

Some travel across sites may be required.
