Project Manager

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for managing and timely execution of key material growth projects. Entails key deliverables for current year revenue conversion, eye for inorganic growth, duly ensuring next 3 year projected business actions monitored and executed

Key Accountabilities

Project management

Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation

Creating cross function project team and keeping everyone honest and accountable to deliver project on time

Frequently track progress and report and escalate to management as required

New Product pipeline

Identify, define business case for inhouse leverage products, conclude with filing

Prepare and maintain new product filing tracker for products signed by BD for filing

Have a weekly up to date tracker and report to management

Ensure timely filing of products as per agreement

Custodian of 5 years strategy of region

Identify key growth pillars of business and have frequent reviews with team ensuring on track to deliver on long term plan

Facilitate quarterly growth forum to review long term growth levers and update plan accordingly

Business support/Market support

Act as a catalyst for key business transformations.

Design and improve processes to improve efficiency

Deeper analytical view on market assessments

Assist with preparing management presentations

Skills & Knowledge

Educational qualifications:

Has to be from Pharma background (B Pharma) with understanding of Therapy/ products

MBA with experience in project management.

Relevant experience:

3-5 years of experience as a project manager or business analyst – for GROWTH projects

Must have strong communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders

Ability to influence project team
