WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER:
Work as a consultant with managers and leaders on all people-related matters
Work closely with management and members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders.
Resolve employee-relations issues and address grievances of team members specific to your business unit
Be the custodian for policies and ensure education, awareness, and appropriate use of the policies
Inculcate a performance-driven culture, drive the performance management program & facilitate continuous performance enhancement
Provide guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning, critical role engagement & succession planning
Drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal best practices
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Leadership Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Manage life-cycle activities including manpower planning, onboarding, engagement & retention, and exits.

Mastery of office tools including MS Office / G-Suite
YOU BRING TO ATHER:
A Master’s in HR from a Tier 1/2 institutes would be preferred
Work experience of 4-6 years as an HR business partner
