Mechanical Engineer

Selectek is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to begin working with a fantastic client of ours in the Richmond, VA area immediately. This candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical hardware portions of bakery equipment using Solidworks and AutoCAD.

Requirements

Bachelorâ s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A combination of an AA degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelorâ s degree

Significant machine/mechanism design experience

Ability to understand, design, and document pneumatic control systems

Experience with technical documentation, including equipment manuals and bulletins

Experience with equipment and plant layout design

Knowledge of AutoCAD, proficient in any 3D modeling applications (i.e., Solid Edge/Solid Works/Inventor)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $95k - $105k

Term: Direct Hire
