Provide technical support to customers and intemal teams for .NET-based applications, including ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET WinForms.
Investigate and troubleshoot software issues repörted by users, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to application support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Debug application code to resolve the issue or share workaround
- Document all resolutions into SOP/KEDB
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Problem management and ropt cause analysis of recurring tickets
- Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as an Application Support Engineer or similar role in a .NET environment.
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework. ASP-NET Web Forms, and .NET WinForms development with Oracle & SQL Server DB skills.
Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and techniques for diagnosing software issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge on SharePoint, DWH, Python is a plus
