SAP PMO with SD Power USer

This position is looking for an SAP PMO who has SD Power user experience

Level: Mid (min. 5+ yr of related professional experience required)

Contract period: 1yr

Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (must work on-site upon company policy, not negotiable)

Role and Responsibility

Oversee project tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects with team: Coordination, tracking, and scheduling

Communicate with HQ and North America team for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within the SAP Logistics module as needed to support customer requirements

Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements, and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed

Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and report results.

Identify and understand end-users technical SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end-user relationships, and provide ongoing support

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications

Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in the SAP environment

Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development, and information technology practices and methods

Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills required

Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in computer science or related discipline with an information technology

Experience in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity is a plus

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in teamwork

Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions

Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities.

Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives

Have an ABAP debugging skills
