Intercompany billing
General Ledger Maintenance/Journal entries/Financial Statement preparation
Quarterly & Year End Taxes
Preparation/Maintenance of Quarterly & Year End Taxes
W-2’s
Tax payments
Medical plan maintenance
401(k) Plan maintenance and reporting
Administrative Payroll
Other various tasks related to general accounting activities
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Advanced Excel
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Construction Experience (preferred)
Spectrum/Viewpoint Accounting Experience a plus
