Due to rapid expansion across the state of Minnesota and the rest of the United States we are seeking a Telephone/Zoom Sales Rep to join our growing team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue in a fast paced, fun work environment. This position has the option to take on leadership/management and grow within a well established, forward thinking, international organization over the next 6 months as we expand our territory to new markets. We will be conducting interviews throughout the week via ZOOM.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Learning social media, brand marketing
Training other team members once initial skills are mastered
Professional presentations to groups of 15-50 people
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Charismatic, professional conversation
Google Drive, Excel, Calendly, Zoom, PPT
Ability to pass a background check
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
This position will require a life accident and health license but will not be required at the time of consideration for the role. A selected candidate who is otherwise qualified but not licensed would receive 1:1 assistance throughout the process by trained team members. Each state varies as requirements and those would be discussed on an individual basis along with significant discount provided by the company.
