Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and organized ONSITE IT Recruiter to source and screen appropriate candidates for our direct client requirements. Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over the phone, searching job boards, utilizing social media and leveraging networked relationships to help candidates find their right career path will succeed in this role.

**We will train and assist with gaining experience in the industry**

Your responsibilities will include:

Translate job requirements and successfully utilize job boards and other creative sourcing practices to identify and contact qualified candidate

Recruiting, interviewing and placing application development and technical support professionals in contract and contract-to-hire positions with our clients

Negotiate with candidates, submission of resumes to client, facilitate their placement and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area

Maintain candidate records and metrics

Providing outstanding customer service to candidates

Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1 - 5 Years of related experience

Sense of Urgency to close candidates

Excellent Communication & relationship building skills

Expertise in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to reformat candidate resumes in a Word format

**NOTE- There will be a 1099 trial period (base plus commission), if you are a great long term fit then you will be converted to full time hireCompany Description
