Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assemble hydraulic power units.
Operate hand and power tools, testing fixtures, and measuring devices.
Visually verify product complies to customer and company specifications.
Functionally test power unit.
Responsible for organization of tools and workstation cleanliness.
Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting in the development of assembly or test instructions, painting product, packaging product, confirming inventory, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
Ability to read drawings, prints, schematics, diagrams, bills of materials, customer specifications.
Metal fabrication, welding (MIG and TIG), hydraulic pipe-fitting or hydraulic tube bending all a plus.
Understanding how fluid power works is beneficial.
