Job Description
The Receptionist provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person.
Ensure high quality customer service.
Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Process, verify and understand managed care plans.
Obtain and document information from the insurance company as needed.
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits and classes.
Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
Dispensing eyewear to patients.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist is preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional attitude and appearance
Experience with CrystalPM a plus.
Must have 1 year of optical experience
