We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technology Field Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth and efficient use of technology within the organization. The Technology Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and assisting with technology-related projects.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions implemented, and client communications.

Educate clients on best practices for utilizing technology systems and software applications effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technology Support Technician or similar role, with a strong background in providing technical support in a client-facing environment.

Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Solid understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Company Description
