CDL Local & Interstate Driver

Job Description

Colonial Moving & Storage, Inc. (Hackensack, NJ) is now actively hiring CDL(A&B) Drivers for local, regional, and long-distance positions. We are a full-service moving company and an agent for Mayflower Transit, LLC. Our Drivers will be responsible for packing, loading, transporting and unloading both household goods and highly valuable sensitive equipment. Drivers must maintain on time performance, interact professionally and follow all applicable regulations and safety practices. Driving for Colonial Moving will provide you with an opportunity to be a leader for an award winning agency, interact with our customers on a daily basis and grow within our organization. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid Class A or B CDL. Possess or obtain current medical certification. Clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 75 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds. Pass pre-employment drive test, physical drug test, background test. Comply with our zero-tolerance drug policy Drivers will work both Locally and Over the Road. When OTR, Drivers may be gone for up to 2-5 days at a time.
