Basic Purpose and Scope: The Formulation I position prepares, measures, weighs and tests wet ingredients to be utilized in the formulation of products and may be responsible for taking the raw ingredient to completed product Core Values Culture Service: 1.

Accountable for outstanding Customer service to all internal and external Customers 3.

Develop and maintain effective relationships through collaboration and consistent timely communication 4.

Help uphold a "Team Member" environment supporting others with positive behavior Essential Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities: 1.

Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always 2.

Prepare raw ingredients for Mixers or plant transfers - 50% 3.

Utilize data collection system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, utilize scanner to use oldest ingredients first (FIFO) - 15% 4.

Use of equipment to transfer raw and processed ingredients to next stage in process - 10% 5.

Switch processors, and pump airlines, tanks, vats or other equipment as needed - 10% 6.

Operate material handling equipment - 5% 7.

Read and/or run daily production reports to determine formulation needs - 5% 8.

Participate with changeovers as needed - 5% 9.

May conduct basic sanitation of processing equipment and environmental cleaning of the factory - Ongoing 10.

Verify with Quality Assurance on any product quality concern - Ongoing 11.

Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds - Ongoing 12.

Assist formulation crew in daily formulation of products - Ongoing 13.

Ensure correct entries into factory software, if required - Ongoing 14.

Ensure products produced are meeting or exceeding customer requirements - Ongoing 15.

Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor - Ongoing 16.

Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary - Ongoing 17.

Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements - Ongoing 18.

Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred 2.

Certifications: N/A 3.

Experience: No experience required 4.

Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations 5.

Ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment 6.

Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively, and efficiently in the common language 7.
