PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology.

With an initial focus on BPH, the company's AquaBeam Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue.

Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.

SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our senior leaders in critical functions.

Specifically, this role will provide essential support to the Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, and the Executive Vice President of Technology and Clinical Development.

To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to act independently.

In this focused capacity, the Executive Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of these crucial functions, thereby contributing directly to the success of our mission.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage executive calendars: SVP Operations, EVP Technology and Clinical Development, and SVP, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, including scheduling meetings and resolving schedule/resource conflicts.

* Support Senior Executive Team Members with planning domestic and international travel, including tickets, hotels, visas, meetings, etc., and expense reports.

* Organize on-site and off-site events such as parties, celebrations, meetings, and conferences.

* Communicate professionally with external partners, including suppliers, surgeons, hospital executives, and regulatory bodies.

* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality.

* Organizing and structuring information for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

* Assist executives in coordinating projects across departments, fostering collaboration with finance, HR, legal, and other teams.

* Take detailed minutes during meetings and ensure proper documentation.

* Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence and manage executive-level communications.

* Ensure that all information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.

* Respond quickly and efficiently to all forms of communication (e.g., email, Slack, verbal, phone). * Maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.

* Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications) * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

* Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role * Advanced proficiency with Outlook as well as key applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard office equipment.

* Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners at all levels.

* Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.

* Ability to efficiently and effectively multitask, prioritize incoming requests from both executives simultaneously appropriately, and manage conflicting priorities for self and others all while remaining adaptable to multiple demands.

* Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company, as well as the ability to work independently, self-start, and self-motivate.

* Teamwork mentality with an ability to work very collaboratively, offering suggestions and process improvements.

* Experience with international and domestic travel itineraries.

* Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

For US Based Candidates Only For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $86,000-$119,000 a year.

PROCEPT BioRobotics is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we aim to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive.

While our ranges are posted, the exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, location or comparison to other employees already in similar roles.

In addition to base salary, our positions are eligible for variable compensation through one of our incentive plans as well as equity compensation based on role and level.
