Our client is a global manufacturer of specialized chemical products used in multiple different industries. They currently seek a Regional EHS Specialist to oversee multiple manufacturing facilities in the Midwest. This position will be based at their facility in greater Columbus, OH area.

As the Regional EHS Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure multi-site compliance with all company, Federal, State, and local regulations

Track and document EHS related information

Manage the plantâ s hazards

Investigate site incidents and ensure corrective action plans

Train and lead site operators in site safety

As the Regional EHS Specialist job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Bachelorâ s degree in engineering, environmental, health, and safety, or another related field

5+ years of EHS Professional experience in an industrial manufacturing facility

Familiarity with current safety and environmental standards, rules, and regulations

Previous experience with hazardous materials
