Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Electrical BIM Specialist 1, we'll count on you to:

Create electrical drawings for facilities, such as lighting systems, power systems, and control systems.

Develop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD under the direct supervision of other Electrical BIM Specialists or Engineers.

Demonstrate knowledge of procedures for production of design developments and construction documents, and a thorough knowledge of engineering planning, drafting, and detailing.

Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm is desired

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in designing lighting systems, power systems, and control systems for building projects.

Experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm highly desirable.

Preference given to local candidates.

Healthcare, Data Center, Science and Technology and/or Civic facilities experience
