Address patient inquiries, concerns and complaints.

Train staff on effective customer engagement, sales techniques, and cannabis product knowledge.

Train staff on state regulated industry practices.

Maintain and oversee compliance in all aspects of operations.

Maintain an efficient payroll structure.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and key metrics.

Manage inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and organized dispensary.

Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify buying trends and preferences.

Collaborate with store manager to ensure efficient staff scheduling.

Handle time-off requests and manage staffing levels based on business demand.

Stay informed about the latest research and guidelines related to cannabis consumption and products.

Perform any other duties assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for night and weekend shifts.

Prior leadership experience in a dispensary setting.

At least 21 years old with a clean record verified through a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening.

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales role within a fast-paced retail environment.

Understanding of inventory management.
