Responsibilities

Daily operational tasks for the open and close of business day.

Monitoring tasks associated with arrivals, departures and weekly's stays.

Working closely with housekeeping to ensure quality control and ROOST standards are met.

Creating and posting invoices, auditing all reservations and ensure guest requests are recorded and met.

Assisting in monitoring A/R Aging and general billing duties.

Make first contact and monitor guest complaints.

First point of contact for front desk agents.

Monitor, train and supervise front desk on daily basis. Ensuring tasks and procedures are completed and followed.

Help innovate, streamline and implement current and future SOP's.

Additional tasks as required by business needs. (These tasks are meant as an outline and not a definitive list of responsibilities.)
