100% Remote but must have a New Jersey NP License

Telehealth Provider for mostly Medicare Patients

8 Week Contract – April 29 – June 28

Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM

Value-Based Healthcare Company

Must be fluent in Korean

RESPONSIBILITIES

Quickly discern accurate patient status, conditions, and medications

Care coordination assessments.

Patient volume management

REQUIREMENTS

Valid New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) with no restrictions

Must be bilingual in English and Korean

Board Certified

DEA License

BLS Certification

Minimum 2 years of NP experience

Telehealth experience preferred

Must be able to work the full-time schedule Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM for the duration of the contract

Already credentialed with health plans a PLUS
