What the role entails

WindHQ seeks four (4) Shift Operators, on a rotating 12-hour shift, who will be responsible of the operations and remote operations of the Block Chain Data Centers. This role will report to the VP of Operations and will carry-out remote trouble shooting and server repairs. The Successful technician will record issues and prepare work orders for the day-shift technicians. Requirements:

What You Will Get to Do

· To provide daily site status with trouble shootings that is on-going;

· To provide working orders for the Dayshift;

· Perform remote troubleshooting and provide real time technical support for site interventions, using SCADA, Foreman, and Substation HMI;

· Manage the remote operations of louvers, exhaust fans, substation breakers;

· Create non-conformity case or a site intervention request with the relevant applications;

· Manage the planned/unplanned grid outage with the Grid operator; and

· Works closely with Engineering and technical support team, to prepare/ improve the fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides.

What You Bring to The Role

· A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

· Electrical and Mechanical experience

· LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) experience

· Services oriented

· Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Ability to work with multicultural/multidiscipline teams

· Positive mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong team player

· Ability to work within structured work methods

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess

· A bachelor's degree
