Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager for a trendy upscale cafe in Richardson. You will be responsible for inspiring your team and providing customers with a memorable experience. Our company is growing and needs people to grow along with it!

Qualifications:

2 years minimum experience leading a team, preferably in a cafe/coffee shop setting

Strong leadership qualities

Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Oversee guest services and resolve issues

Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation

Train and manage your team

An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary

Create and implement marketing initiatives

Conduct regular staff training sessions
