As a Professional Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & providing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems. You will also build customer relationships with quality workmanship and honesty, which also includes offering additional beneficial services.

3 Years prior experience in the HVAC industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers is required. Ideally, you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and manage time effectively.

Specific Responsibilities:

Assess, troubleshoot, repair and make recommendations to existing HVAC/R equipment.

Manage time efficiently while providing quality workmanship.

Perform regular tune-ups and maintenance.

Complete all paperwork, collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed daily.

Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and stocked.

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.Job Requirements:

3 years of Experienced Residential HVAC and Refrigeration knowledge.

On Call Rotation/Overtime when required.

CFC Certification.

Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record.

Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Excellent communication skills.
