What You’ll Be Doing as a Bilingual Staffing Specialist

Abandoning the “old ways” of recruitment, and using the most creative and innovative ones to find talent others can’t

Evaluating the right match for talent and client companies by digging deeper than most to ensure the perfect fit for both

Realizing your compensation potential by placing talent, and expanding our services with new and existing clients

What You’ll Need

Successful previous experience in sales, staffing, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, retail, account management, or another people-focused role

Passion and enthusiasm for helping people

Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels and help talent and clients see the opportunity and benefit of fitting the right person in the right job

Bilingual (Spanish & English) skills
