Lead Welder

Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $25-$32/ hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm

Location: Dallas, TX

A customized electrical enclosure manufacturing company in the Dallas, TX area is looking for an experienced Lead Welder to join their team. This is a temp-hire contract opportunity.

As a Member of This Team:

Enforce policies and procedures according to the corporate handbook.

Lead the activities of employees engages in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators.

Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.

Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.

Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other reports to determine production requirements.

Conduct employee training in equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.

You Will Need:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG welding in a manufacturing environment.

Must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of TIG welding and effective oral and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience with leading a team.
