Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Project Field Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of plumbing systems and project management principles. This role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate plumbing systems and determine project feasibility.

2.Team Management:

Supervise and mentor plumbing technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure project milestones are met.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.

3.Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure all plumbing work meets industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or deviations from project specifications.

Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project quality and integrity.

4.Budget and Cost Management:

Monitor project expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize project profitability.

Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders as required.

5.Safety and Compliance:

Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all project sites.

Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks to educate team members on best practices and procedures.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

6.Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Cultivate strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience (10 years) in plumbing project management, preferably in a field leadership role.

Master Plumber License preferred.

In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Valid plumbing license and/or relevant certifications preferred.
