Food Runner/Busser

The primary role of the Busser is to ensure that tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities:

• Remove dirty dishes from table when guest is finished

• Replace dishes and utensils for next course

• Cleans and resets vacated tables

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail

• Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required
