HVAC Technician needed for Northern Virginia

We are looking for an HVAC technician with at least 3 years of experience.

Technicians with gas fireplace experience are a plus but not required.

You must be honest, on time, and hard-working.

We will treat you with respect, provide you with a vehicle to take home, and pay you well.

Position Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Northern, VA

Status: Full-Time

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must pass a background check once hired

Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience

High level of customer service

Possess good oral communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

Provide Excellent Customer Service.

Show up on time.

Do the job correctly the first time.

All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
