Inside Sales Support Representative – HVAC Mechanical Service – Base Salary to 75k/year – Columbus, OH

Our client, a stable, fast-growing HVAC manufacturers rep firm, has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Support Representative to grow their existing HVAC equipment market in Columbus, OH. Our client has been in business for 25 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They focus on a team-based approach, love to see their employees succeed, and put people first.

In this role, the Inside Sales Support Representative will work with customers and the outside sales team to select equipment, provide quotes, estimates, take-offs, and technical support for HVAC equipment projects. They will communicate with sales engineers, vendors, and clients to provide product information, and will provide technical support for all equipment sold. They will track orders and work with the outside sales team throughout the course of each project.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have experience reviewing mechanical and plumbing drawings and specifications. An engineering bachelor degree is not required, but preferred. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Compensation: includes a base salary in the 55k – 75k/year range, with the opportunity for annual bonus. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, PTO, and more.
